Very weird suttuation i got different rubber from what has been on package.

I got into situation considered impossible to get wrong rubber (manufacturer error) in the package.
In short: I ordered two XIOM Omega 5 Asia when opened the box i found that it was Vega Europe instead.
When i found it i immediately checked the other one and it was OK.

My question if someone got in the same situation.

How was the plastic packaging before you opened it. It should be sealed.

It was sealed. I called the seller and shop representative will repleace it.
But i feel a litle bit uncomfortable and can`t imagine how it is possible Vega Europe to end packed as Omega 5 Asia.

Easy. Somebody feeds packing machine a stack of the wrong outer packaging.

Of course this would mean that a few other mis-packagings are around, but I think it´s all down to a simple human error.

Happened to me once as well. Ordered a Xiom Omega Pro from a 3rd party on amazon. Packaged was seal with right pakaging but opened up to a xiom vega europe instead. Since the seller i was purchasing from had a minor discount for that rubber, the price variance was minor between Omega and Vega at that time so i decidedly not to bother with the hassle of getting it replaced. Thankfully for me the vega euro was much better of a rubber for me compared to the omega (which i eventually got to try out a few months later). The Vega Euro still is today one of my personal top 10 fav rubbers to use.
