Expected loss for me. Harimoto can't play on the same level outside of Japan at the moment and Jingkun is extremely solid, almost no unforced errors in this match from him and his service receive was pretty good, unlike Ma Long in his last match.

It is strange,Yan an ,Fang Bo Zhu yu,Yu zhiang,Shan Kun.They were great,they won tournament and after that,CNT stopped them to play internationaly.I think they are too nervous ,they dont´t know if they will play next time

I suspect that these withdrawals are due to the CTTA rules/policy regarding World Tour participation: if you don’t qualify for the Main Draw, you don’t get to play the next tournament - even if you were already going to play it :-(

#103, Liang beats Harimoto. He is the perfect close to the table player so takes away Harimoto's advantages. These two will be battling for ten years. I hope Liang rises in world standing. If these two were friends and training partners, we would see a new level of play.

the Chinese team has thoroughly studied Harimoto. Now he is the enemy nr. 1 of the Chinese table tennis. At the end of the match, Liang showed off the Chinese flag in his shirt, as if to prove that China is still the best country in table tennis. I think that Harimoto has not prepared enough for this match and that next time Liang will have serious difficulties in winning the game. Among other things, Liang but especially his coach were anti-sports claiming that he was given a point for taking the edge, but in reality, the ball had hit the outside of the edge.

Liang is as solid on backand as Harimoto.What I don´t understand other lpayers play to him backhand to backhand instead of forehand to forehand.

The comments on the zhibo.tv streams are funny. Some say the match Ishikawa and Ito was fixed. Some say Ito is tired from playing Hu Limei, which actually makes sense.
He better should prove he can win world tour events like this, Harimoto has many years ahead where he can improve his game and stamina and he already won 2 world tour events. Lingkun won't have this time.
Poor sportsmanship from Jingkun and his coach.

This is actually not the 1st time. The same thing happened in the match between LJK and Matsudaira in 2017. Same behavior from LJK. Not an honest boy.
