Conspiracy theory about ITTF regulations!

Hey everyone, I have a theory.

The controversial ITTF regulations about hiding the service, and boosting the rubber, are left slightly unclear on PURPOSE. This is so that any players who have an inclination towards "gamesmanship", looking for every advantage at the edge of the rules, or just cheating, are distracted spending their time trying to develop a hidden service and super ultimate boosting formula, instead of being drawn to the real destroyer of sports...

Performance enhancing drugs.

After a weekend watching bicycle races, I think about how nice it is that the controversy in TT is about small technicalities in the service, and some non-toxic equipment regulations, and not about which cocktail of fringe medical science atheletes are needling into their veins. So the ITTF are actually genius manipulators!

(I am joking)
