Quick Booster Question: Does the effect wear away after peeling off?

    So I just did this:
I peeled off my rubber from the blade ONE day after boosting, and I was wondering if that makes the boosting effect go away?

I did this because I usually boost with TWO layers, but this time I only boosted with ONE layer, so I decided to peel it off, and boost with ANOTHER layer, hoping that would still act as 'two layers'..?

It's worth mentioning that I didn't use a layer of glue before applying the booster, and that the rubber never expanded nor curled up after neither the first nor the second boosting applications.

So should I just apply two new layers, or this ONE new layer that I've applied will accumulate with my previous layer of booster and will give me the same effect as applying with two layers?

PS. I use Sanwei Target National rubber (Chinese, 39 degree hardness, 2.15mm), and Falco Tempo Long booster

When you peel of a boosted rubber it will dry faster, but you doesn't loose all the boost effect in a single day.

Apply one more layer, glue into your blade and be happy

Not from my experience unless you have removed the rubber with a 1 month old booster applied.
