when I changed rubbers, I took off the rubber but surface of the bat ( around the edge) came out , although it is not much, I am not sure it is good for using it, if I repair it with wood filler and sand it, would it be ok ?

I terms of wood, I would glue the splinter back, rather than putting wood filler.

Some people say to use super glue and then sand it. Never tried but I have my blade damaged and I would like to try.

I use wood filler to restore minor splintering and clips/chips for club members with good results so far.

If the splinter is so thin that you cannot take it from the rubber, then I would go with wood filler (sawdust + glue) as well.
