Balance not low enough mister...

I see the balance point getting lower and lower preference for an increasing segment of the market. I like that a LOT.

The majority of players prefers a lower balance, but unlike you Der, they also prefer a low weight, which really makes matters hard for me [emoji28]

It is about balance and feel, not total weight if one uses some wrist regularly... but the market is the market... and I can make fun of the market, unlike you Sergio, who must always be able to spell the world Diplomicy not to alienate the market. Gotta chem my autokorrkt on that one.

Hinoki, like all wood species, isn't all equal. Kiso Hinoki, which comes from the Kiso region in Japan, is the most sought after due to its softness and light weight. However, this wood is protected and very hard to get. The Hinoki I'm using here comes from the Kyushu region, it is slightly denser and harder than Hinoki from Kiso, but you still get the same kind of elasticity this wood is known for.

Available FS.

- Hinoki / ALC / Kiri / ALC / Hinoki
- 81.3g
- 6.5mm
- 158x152mm
- ST (102x27.5x23mm)
- 1570Hz
- Balance: 3.0cm (Med)

Oh no!

My comment was aiming at my knee-jerk reaction of wanting to get another of Sergios creations… I wouldn’t be that worried on the Hinoki

Sorry, I thought you like me was a hinoki junkie…

Cheers

Not necessarily and end, I won't stop trying to get it.

It’s probably (if not already) not far away from becoming a protected spieces like Cuban and Honduras mahogany. Can’t get those anymore.

Cheers
