No such thing as a best rubber. No such thing as a best rubber for a specific blade.

What there is are a range of rubbers that would be good for you and the way you play. What that means is there are several rubbers that will be good for you. As you can see above, most of what people have posted is rubbers they like. Probably lots of other rubbers can be listed. Most likely there are at least a few different rubbers from EVERY TT company that would fit what you need.

But to have even a remote idea of what would actually be good for you, people would have to know how you play in more detail. Like, this might be a good question for your coach.

Things we might need to know are things like:

1) What basic level player are you.
2) How much coaching have you had.
3) How long have you been playing.
4) You say something about close to the table but are you a chop blocker? Or a chopper? Or a smasher, a slapper, a looper? Can you give a more detailed description of how you play?

5) Can you post video footage? Some people would be see how you play and have a decent idea of a few rubbers that would be useful for you to use.

Assuming one is a player with sound defense and offense who wants to play a counterhitting or spinning game near the table, a slower, dynamic rubber is just for you.

Vega Pro beckons you. That medium slow blade with that rubber will be able to counter hit close to the table better than faster blades. You can hit harder... and a dynamic rubber will allow for spin when you go for that.

Still, certain skills are required to use that style well, but what the heck, no guts no glory.

Hello, what do you think about TSPW with FH El-s 1.9mm red and BH Fx-p 2.0mm black?
Unfortunately, there was an error when the seller shipped the rubbers, but my son is 12 and just getting started.
Thanks in advance.

Generally, you could use a medium-hard rubber for the FH and a medium-soft one for the BH. It should also work if you use the same type of rubber on both sides.

To answer your question, you can try Fastarc series e.g. G–1, C–1 and the like. It fits your description, IMHO.

Ok very interesting your opinion, that Fastarc G-1 rubber is very highly rated, both for fh and bh, will it be a good choice to replace the tibhar El-s and Fx-p rubbers!

For now he wants to keep stratus powerwood as your blade, but tibhar has not been very competent with us.

Maybe nittaku's acoustic would be a good blade for that combo!

By the way, some opinion about the yasaka Mark V HPS rubber for BH.

Thanks for sharing knowledge.
