I think FZD could beat more easily both players, but about this, my chinese coach told me about things work like this in CNT, but just in case if the other finalist is non-chinese, otherwise it's not like this. [emoji14]

Tbh, I feel like he always holds back a little bit when he plays against Dimitri, maybe because he is a close friend - I don't know.
But rewatch the point in the 2nd set from 10-5 to 10-6. How he moves in this extent with ducking/dodging, whatever you want to call it. I have only seen this type of moving by much younger players or by Timo Boll frequently around 6 years ago (e.g. 2012 Olympics)
Footwork however looks bad, especially wide balls, maybe injury on one leg.

Yeah I think everyone can see this.
Timo looks diminished... playing against a friend probably doesn't help. He seems to excuse himself when he wins a point. But if he wins, he'll have to recuperate fast! If not, then Dima has as much chance. Hopefully an exciting final!

It's like a sequela coupled with old age, Boll's right quads have never been able to take excessive load for an extended time ever since 2015. He limps whenever he pushes himself over the limits.
