Koki is by far the most fun player to watch.

Watching Niwa Koki play is like watching a man gamble. He either wins an amazing point, or the ball flies wildly away from the table. His style is too high risk. I think Mizutani offers a more entertaining style, with longer rallies and high lobs.

Maybe, but Niwa's 100th coolest highlight is still way cooler than mizutanis best highlight :)
Xu Xin obviously is a god tier showman himself but the way niwa does his things is just so playful and deadpan at the same time, it's like norm mcdonald telling jokes

Not a big ML fan as I find him quite boring to watch but I can’t understand how anyone can question him being number 1?

Yes, I was a little bit surprised too...

I'll be on conservative side this time:
1. ML
2. FZD
3. XX
4. Boll (he is on fire again (still) :)
5. LGY
6. Dima or Harrimoto (I think both are ~around same level now..)

also for me it seems there is some gap between these creme de la creme players and the rest in top 10-15

Dima has not been performing lately, not ranked 6 IMO

yes, that's true. I think he is on a rough patch with all the traumas and etc right now, but in general, I think his level hasn't changed in principle.
I think 6-7 is arround his level...

Same as with ML. He is no 6 right now, but in general there is not much doubt that he is no 1 or around there...
