What is the best/easiest/cheapest program to use making these videos (cutting out the non-playing part)?

I made the video with an i-phone and are using a windows computer.
You can use Quicktime Player to cut out (trim) the unwanted bits of footage; https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201066#trim.

Or you get/open up iMovie, Final Cut Pro. But Quicktime Player is just there, ready to go.

I don't have a Mac (only I-phone) but for the first time I wish I had a Mac
We have some Macs at work; I'll try there with Quicktime or I-movie.

Thanks a lot for all the help.
