729 battle II.. is it going to be replaced by bloom power?

Hi,

Does anyone know if Battle II is going to be discontinued in favor of bloom power? I really like Battle II and would like to continue using it.

It would sadden me a lot actually if that is what is happening.

In the latest LARC, BATTLE III is already listed..so I guess it will be replace by new version not with the bloom power

It wasn't broken. why fix it? However I still like that option better than Bloom Power taking its place (as I'm disappointed in bloom spin).

The other option is that battle III might be some kind of hybrid instead of replacement.

There's a pretty big possibility that B2 won't be replaced with the 3rd version. Why? Because, for example, the 2nd version is not a replacement for the first - those are two completely different rubbers.
Also I don't think they'll replace the B2 cause it's very popular.

Yep, Battle1 is a non-tacky soft backhand rubber. Battle2 is a very hard ultra-tacky forehand rubber.
Who knows what Battle3 will be.

Never tried the Bloom series, but now that winter is coming and the air is dry I went back to my Battle2 and am enjoying it immensely

Sometime ago (september) I asked GH Sports, on Ali, if Battle II would stop being produced.
They said Battle II would keep being produced, but Battle I would not.

Maybe B3 will be a new non tacky, substitute for B1, or a hybrid.

I don't think Battle III will be replacement for battle I as Presto series is intended to do so. However it is getting a little chaotic.
