      World Tour Seedings

Should designated affiliated players, ie CNT, JNT, GNT, etc. not be forced to play each other in early rounds by the Seedings ?

Quite obviously no. Seedings are organised so that the best players don't meet until the latter stages, with 1 and 2 seed given the chance to play one another in the final. This should be applied regardless of the country the players represent; for example, if the two highest seeded players happen to be Chinese, then they shouldn't play one another until the final. Same if both top seeds were Japanese or whatever. The country should have nothing to do with the seeding.
