Based on the rankings, I believe the order of play will be as follows:

      Women's Singles

      1st Half

      101 Wang Manyu
      114 Sun Yingsha

      116 Shibata Saki
      108 Suh Hyowon

      105 Ding Ning
      112 He Zhuojia

      113 Hirano Miu
      103 Liu Shiwen

      2nd Half

      104 Ito Mima
      109 Cheng I-Ching

      110 Chen Xingtong
      106 Chen Meng

      107 Zhu Yuling
      111 Sato Hitomi

      115 Feng Tianwei
      102 Ishikawa Kasumi

My bet is on Liu Shiwen/Wang Manyu (1st Half) vs Chen Meng/Ito Mima(on form) (2nd Half) for finals.

      Men's Singles

      1st Half

      101 Xu Xin
      114 Liu Dingshuo

      116 Timo Boll
      108 Calderano Hugo

      105 Harimoto Tomokazu
      112 Lee Sangsu

      113 Wong Chun Ting
      103 Ma Long

      2nd Half

      104 Liang Jingkun
      109 Mizutani Jun

      110 Franziska Patrick
      106 Jang Woojin

      107 Lin Gaoyuan
      111 Lim Jonghoon

      115 Niwa Koki
      102 Fan Zhendong

Probably Ma Long (recovered)/Xu Xin/Timo Boll (1st Half) versus Fan Zhendong/Liang Jingkun (2nd Half) for finals.

Judging by how ITTF made the draw for CNT players for the last couple of tournaments, i wouldn't be surprised if Liu Dingshuo and Lin Gaoyuan will play against the other CNT players in the first round.

Why did Ma Long see this as an important event to play? He went to Sweden and Austria to qualify for this

The money. No sense in risking re-injury and loosing out on all that prize money from the grand finals.
