Advice on Friendship 729 Focus 3 Snipe and Yinhe MC-2

Hi Guys

I was wondering if you could give me your opinion on the Friendship 729 Focus 3 Snipe and Yinhe MC-2? Should I use them together and if not, what should I use instead? Also should I boost it?

I wanted to buy a cheap Chinese bat

Also what are the different clones that Yinhe and other Chinese brands make?

Friendship 729 Focus 3 Snipe is designed for backhand use. But it is fast enough for forehand too if you want to try.
I used Friendship 729 Focus 3 Snipe for my backhand. Very controllable. Good value for money.

Focus 3 snipe should be a backhand rubber. It is too soft for the forehand.

What Chinese rubber would you recommend for Forehand rubber then?

I'd suggest going with H3 NEO or any Chinese rubber that is at least 2 degrees harder than your BH rubber.

If you want tacky, go for Neo H3 or Neo TG3.

If you want non-tacky, go for AK47 RED or Yinhe Big Dipper (a little tack).

Focus 3 Snipe is an excellent rubber, especially for all round play

I think the softest focus 3 Snipe with the 42 sponge is too slow for forehand, but the 44 and 46 sponge works fine for forehand. My opinion of course

I have tried both DHS Hurricane 3 & 2 NEO, DHS Skyline TG2 NEO and some Yinhe rubbers (Big Dipper, Apollo V and Saturn Pro). F3S is a much more controllable rubber and the spin is not that great. Yinhe Big Dipper is quite like the DHS Hurricane/Skyline NEO series, but with a little more control and a bit slower. With these rubbers you'll have to work hard with your feet and do the full strokes when looping and mainly brush looping. When you get that working, this is a much deadlier forehand weapon than Focus 3 Snipe. F3S is very very light, so that's a plus.

Well. I like big dipper. Its easier to lift the ball when looping and gives you better control. If you are more aggressive and hits the ball earlier, perhaps a h3n with Hard sponge H41 would be great for you

I have only tried the softest version. I was not aware that there are harder versions.

Yes. I found them at aliexpress.com. I prefer the AliBattleship store. It has worked fine for me.
