JNT is very different to CNT
CNT, they act as one unit
JNT, each player is his/her own unit.
It is normal for 1 player to have min 6 support staff.
Some extras will be "video camera man",

The team would still have a head coach, but then each player prepares with his/her coach, and have a couple of sparing partners, own medical staff etc etc
This is why you will see so many people surround 1 player, in the training hall

hope this answers your question

I actually do.
the problem with the Chinese model is you get favoritism (political pressure etc etc)
We already witness huge programs with the CNT method over the years.
Your main players will get attention, your other players do not.
with the JNT system, its a free for all, and result is what counts approach.

Due to Tokyo Olympics, they had a huge budget and each player that is on the Tokyo program gets they own funding.
Each player has his/her own manager, own head coach, own sparing partners etc etc.

I think for the player, this is the most fair approach model on the world.
other models, the players rely on national teams allocation.
Its almost like the old school model that is subject to huge criticism, where the whole class learns one method and wish all students progress the same way.... whereby JNT has a individual customised model as all players growth are different.

I wonder what will happen after the funding runs out...will JNT go back to old method, or will players continue to act as individual entities with direct "unlimited" funding.
