Conection Xiom/Victas?

I just bought a Xiom Vega Tour rubber and on the sticker on the back of the wrapper there is printed (very small) Victas. Now I know TSP and Victas are the same company but Xiom?

TSP and Victas are brands under the same company, Yamato Takkyuu Co. Ltd. It's the distributor for Xiom in Japan. They decided to change its official name to Victas in 09/2017 for better brand recognition.
