Fun one.

Few things will test your patience & consistency more than facing a retriever. (lobber / Fisher. whatever you want to call it)

I don't particularly enjoy facing them. :p But whenever I do I like to try to work on my drop shot, try to stay steady on smashes and not trying to kill it. Basically move them in & out a lot.

Drop shot is a shot I don't see people practice all that often. You have to play with someone who can lob to do it.

Against a lobber I will either try to hit the ball hard if it’s easy or instead to look for an angle and play to the short side of the table but that would just give Adam more opportunity to make a memorable shot. Get ready to block this guy!!
My special kill shot is smashing the ball inside out to the short side of the table I think even Adam can’t get it if I do it right !

His present USATT rating is 2140 as of July 2018 at US Nationals.

His best win was vs 2192
His worst loss was 2185

He is probably underrated 100-200 points since he doesn't play many tournaments. He has access to quality coaching and practice.

.....

yes, it seems mid 2100 is on the lower side for him..

Kleenex because its a masturbatory style of play

LOL :D:D:D and agreed
