Upgrade from Stiga Exclusive Off to Butterfly Viscaria?

I want to start with saying that I'm a pretty good player. I'm training up to 8 times a week and goes on competitions almost every week when it's season. I'm 17 years old if that's interesting.

Right now I'm playing with Stiga exclusive Off with tenergy 05fx on both sides. And I can feel that it's little bit slow sometimes, and I want change around a bit. Both for the physical game and mentally. And I'm thinking about getting the Viscaria. So I'm wondering if that would be a too big step.

I know several players at and below your level (H3-5) that plays successfully with the Viscaria. Maybe it's wise to ask your coach if he/she thinks that it's a good idea?

Yeah I think that you should ask to your coach before as he knows you better! But in my opinion, although I think a Viscaria would be a positive change to you, I would first upgrade to a harder rubber. You have systematic praticing so you could upgrade to T05/D05/T05 Hard. You could also boost your rubbers. I think it's more important to get harder rubbers as you pratice a lot, and then you move to a faster blade!
