      Consistency goes out the window if I use wrist on FH, this is some super advanced stuff.
      the commentator lists Grand Slam winners, calls JOW John Oev Wellner, LGL Louis Goodland (not kidding)

      This is not for beginners. If you want to practice it, do it with the ball at late timing or when it begins to come down.

      Like I said on MYTT, this was how I was coached as a junior 15 years ago in the UK.

      It isn't new, it isn't specifically Chinese - It's quite common amongst coaches and high level players.

      Yeah there is nothing Chinese about this. It's standard at higher levels to use wrist motion in the forehand.
