I'm looking for a rubber that I'd open and know it's extremely tacky and don't hope I was lucky to get a good sample, like in case with 999T or even more popular DHS ones. Yeah, they all popular and relatively cheap (especially the 999T(-1) ones). But we all know the quality control issues they have. But that's not what we all want, right? So maybe could someone tell me if there are consistently tacky rubbers from sample to sample and desirably as cheap as the ones I've mentioned? It might be the National H3 but I don't want to pay extra money. What I'm currently thinking of is 729 Battle II, have seen good feedbacks on it. Can someone confirm or disproof it?
