Aight. I haven't seen any offers beside this. Here you can find handles only without blade. I guess this is the best you can find. Try to contact seller to see if he can do smth for you.

Mix thin wood shavings with glue like c200 and a drop or two of wood stain of desired color. Protect the visible parts of the handle with tape. Fill the holes, wait to dry and sand.
Usually you have to fill the holes twice, as the mixture shrinks. Train on some other oblects before dealing with the blade. Don't put a lot of glue.

Or just glue it up, cut it by blade handle's shape and grind with a file if you like the thinner version.
