Loss of confidence in forehand loop
I am a good young player with good technique, and my forehand loop is usually very spinny and hard to return. But sometimes, the quality and the topspin on the loop goes away, and as a result I lose confidence. Does anyone know why I am having consistency issues with my forehand? <3

In what consists your pratice?

When you miss or do not get the same results it is proably due to something like this i think:
You do not do the same kind of loop, something is wrong with the motion compare to when it is good
You are standing wrong, need to move better
The timing is off. Proably because of the reasons above.
Work on always doing one loopmotion and move the legs instead, this will give you better consistency. The chinese is safer than us because they get to practice one loop because they move so well, while we from europe move bad so we get to do and practice more strokes.The Following 2 Users Like Lula's Post:
