I think you get a bigger pendelum with a lower grip so you can get more energy from it. Maybe someone that knows physics can explain this. Like you have more to swing. A higher grip i think gives more control because you are closer to where you are hitting.

It is pretty obvious that you can use more wrist when you have a lower grip, since you have more to turn with. But i think you can have good wrist with a higher grip to. I think it is more about holding the racket loosely, so your wrist and forearm are relaxed, then you can swing them fast. In your case i think you could benefit more from holding the racket loosely and being more relaxed than having a lower grip. Or atleast i think it looks like you are a bit tense. Maybe both can help you well.

If you are holding the racket hard and you are being tense, please try to hold loosely and relax and report back with how it felt!
