Great comeback that set. Xu Xin struggling to get his forehand into play second half of that set. This match is basically all about that. Xu Xin gets time to play a proper forehand he's winning that point vast majority. Gauzy has to keep being unpredictable and forcing him to hit his forehands off balance or pivoting when not much time to do so.

Seen several points now where Simon might soft loop, spin up a serve off the table and just sit back waiting to counter the Xu Xin forehand. Can you imagine how insane that would have sounded in the celluloid days? That 3rd ball would have out-spun basically everybody.

Plastic ball just killed Xu's game being so one sided with FH only. It's just amplified with this ball and style of today.
