I live with it everyday seeing as my lower back is very bent. I can put my whole fist in the cavity just above the lower back. I'm flatfooted and have very narrow feet. I've had patello femoral pain syndrome for 3 years but rehabbed it away. Also plantar faciitis for over 2 years. Hips that ache every day, working out to get rid of it. Will that stop me? No. Any more questions? I go to the gym 5 times a week so pardon me if I don't think ZJK has done all he can to get back in shape
