    Need some quick tips for an upcoming tournament.

    Hey guys can you give me some quick tips for an upcoming tournament on 12th June 2019 IST . So I am a left handed player and my strength is my forehand. Can please give me some nice advice to hide my playing style from my opponent. I get very nervous too.

    Not much you can do on short term, except eat well the few days before, be calm, hydrate up a few days, bring water and light food to venue, get sleep nice and long for the days proceeding tourney, and be yourself.

    Later, MUCH more strategic stuff to do to get better, but for now, keep it simple and get the water, mineralization, sleep and calm right. Take 500 mg or more of Magnesium before, also during, also after tourney if cramping has been an issue for you.

    Warmup and prepare like you do for normal practice. Eat a lot of calories the day before, stay hydrated and bring some light food.

    Do you know what opponents are entered in your events ?

    Find out major weaknesses of the top opponents, serve return, attack, etc. Watch videos of their play if available. Do they have certain serve tendencies ?
