Regular DHS***D40+ can be bought for 100 at $25 or 25¢ each while the Nittaku J-Top training ball cost 75¢ each. The World Pro Tour DHS***D40+ with the emblem can be bought for as low as 75¢ each.

To get back to OP of this thread, I think most of us can agree that Nittaku 40+ Premium is better than Butterfly 40+ (whether S40 or G40). I'd suggest you buy Nittaku ones. Maybe they are expensive, but you get value for your money and they last long.

Wow! Where do you get such great prices? I was buying 10 DHS D40+ balls for $10 AUD and I thought that was a good deal.

Same question. I was buying D40+ 3* at 0.49€ a piece and am now buying J-Top at 0.60€ a piece. Where do you find the D40+ this low?

The link to the 75¢ DHS***D40+ World Tour ball with an emblem is contained in a previous post on this thread. It is at PROTT retailer.

Between the two I prefer Nittaku. Don't really like the Butterfly ones.
I think Nittaku J top balls would be best for the price.

DHS would be my top pick though.

For me the price vs performance advantage goes to the DHS D40+ balls. NP3s seem to break easily. I don't have any experience with the Butterfly balls.

      Regular D40+ 3 star: https://www.prott.vip/Product-Detail...e=CellFreeDual

      World Tour version: https://www.prott.vip/Product-Detail...ctcode=D40ITTF

What's good enough for the world tour is good enough for me. I used to think Nittaku Premium was great, but that was before I started using D40+.

By the time you sort out the eggs, the price per usable match ball goes up considerable.

Still, even with this, we spend less money on balls than 10 yrs ago.

What ball are you referring to? The DHS World Tour ball is flawless, and it costs less than 1/3 of NP.

Maybe I'm very lucky, but in more than 10 boxes of DHS, I have found like 3 balls that wasn't perfect...
