Noticed Qin Zhijan was coaching FZD in his match vs Hugo
Yep, Fan didn't do anything special, only more stable with fewer mistakes, his touch looked better too, Although I think he somehow loses concentration as the match winds down and he starts to see the win in sight he starts to be more error prone and things quickly go south, like today he was receiving with his push well, and then suddenly late in the game his pushes started to drift longer when he wasn't intending it to, Not so many rallies between both players like everyone would have expected but a win is a win

The Olympics are a year away.
Yes but since we are Talking all the time about Japan race for Tokio current form and development is also important. While I see other nations are improving main threat for china slowed down. Today I am not sure if Men Japan team would beat Korea, sweden, Germany
