I'm not disputing the fault call. I'm just asking for some clarification, as the announcer wasn't 100% sure what the fault call was for:

It is also interesting to note, the umpire starts raising his hand to call the point before the ball even reaches the zenith of the toss. So the call is not about the toss or the body blocking the view of the ball. It seems to me it is about the ball going below the table as well. But this is good info:

The umpire's signal for the ball beneath the level of the table is a horizontal open hand with the palm facing down and the other hand pointing under it. That appears to be the signal given by the umpire for this serve.
