      The meaning of the team names is explained at each club on the official T.League page. I don't know Japanese, but with Google Translator I could understand the text a little bit

      I thought the Chinese didn’t want any of their players in the TLeague. All their women players quit indeed.

      Why is Hou Yingchao their national champion allowed then ?

      He played a few matches with Tokyo Meisters at the end of last season and he's hasn't been part of the CNT for over a decade if I'm not mistaken.

      yes I am aware of that, but there were a few (ex-)CNT women who were playing in various teams, they aren't there anymore

      It's too bad more Chinese players are not playing in the T-League. Hopefully they'll be allowed to join after the Tokyo Olympics. LGY's visit in Japan seems to go in that direction.
