      Agree with suggestion of a DHS301 or innerforce type of blade as they act like a all wood control blade on soft shots but the carbon layer comes into effect when you are able to really hit the ball. If you want to keep your existing blade Butterfly Rozena may be an option. They are designed to be controllable particularly with thinner sponge and you can upgrade to Tenergy as your skills improve.

      I second many of yoass' recommendations:

      All-wood (safer choice): Butterfly Korbel, Hadraw VK, Stiga Azalea OFF, OSP Virtuoso.

      Softer carbon (step up from all-wood): Butterfly Innerforce ALC, Nittaku Acoustic Carbon Inner,
      Joola Rossi Emotion, Victas ZX-Gear In, Andro Treiber CI.

      If you pick carbon, I'd stay stay off koto outers.
