New(ish) Timo Boll ALC Genuine or fake

      Hi,
I purchased a fairly new (1 week old) Timo Boll ALC from a friend because he wanted to buy the Mizutani Super ZLC, I havent played table tennis for quite a while so I dont know how to spot a fake blade. If anyone can identify if my blade is genuine or not, id appreciate it very much

The green lense is quite hard to fake but hang tight until on of the Butterfly gurus comments on this post.

One of the best ways to tell is to play with it if you can. It looks genuine imo though.

It's hard to tell when the fake plays well. You need to have played with a real one to tell the difference.

I've got TB ALC and it looks the same. As others have stated, even if they managed to make a perfect visual copy, it wouldn't play as well as the original would. If someone from your club/friends has TB ALC or viscaria it would be a good idea to compare that with this blade directly.

Ok, finally got the box from him, The SN on the box and blade matches, and scanning the barcode gives the same result, so now i think its 100% genuine

With everything you've shown us and the fact the serial numbers match, your blade is real.

Usually, some details even small really jump out when it's fake.

I guess and certain, they are real. I'm also using a Timo Boll ALC that I bought in 2-3 years ago. It looks exactly the same as those.
