Bash Ishikawa for dropping G2 after 8:8. I just knew it.

IT all depends on how matches during olympics will be organized. Surely he will Play XD and doubles and one single in team event.
Lately he was complaing how much exhausted he is. So same thing can happenn during olympics but since the event lasts longer then usual world tour there is a chance for singles event for him.
I still go for ML and XX in singles event.

Do you guys think XX is more reliable then FZD in singles?

I see a miserable performance from Ishikawa in this doubles.

What is most striking to me, is that more often than not, when Ishikawa is waiting, she is prepared to play a BH. In doubles it is important to play as much FH as you can, and to take the initiative first, more so than in singles. Also, players have more time to get into position to play a FH. Japan has clearly a problem with their doubles team. Please retire, Kasumi !

That's the whole point of having a left-hander.

Ito is down by so much. She's missing left and right. Holy...

G1, 3:9, 5:10, 8:11.

So I guess yall people who vowed never to support Sun Yingsha after that let call, declared her a cheater and a fraud will now have to do the same for Ishikawa? Cause that was a blatant edge ball.

Satire aside, well played South Korea, Shin Yubin impresses.

This one is hard to tell from the replay. If we have a different angle. Sheet, I'm defending Ishikawa here!

It was actually easier to see from the main cam, but even on the replay you can see the ball sharply changing direction. And Kasumi was in a perfect position to see that. The thing that people need to realise is that there are some cognitive biases in play, exagerrated by the desire to win at the highest level tournaments. If there's any doubt in your mind, you side with yourself. Doesn't have anything to do with sportsmanship.

And in both cases, SYS and Ishikawa side with the ump, who ruled in favored of them.

Ito: Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

G3, 7:2, 9:8, 10:8, 10:9, 10:12.

Oops.

G4, 6:0, 7:1, 7:2, 8:2, 9:2, 9:3, 11:3.

G5, 0:1, 1:1, 1:2, 2:2, 3:2, 4:2, 4:3, 5:3, 5:5, 9:5, 9:6, 11:6. Big *bleep* scare!

Tons of long serves to both angles to be followed by 3rd ball winners, exact copy of CNT tactics.

I think 2019 FZD is an entirely different beast from 2018 FZD.

While FZD seems to be putting his game back together with a few new parts he's worked on, given the CNTs bias towards experience and general risk aversion, he needs to put his game back together very quickly if he wants an Olympics singles spot.

JNT seriously needs to consider Hayata.

Hirano vs JJH
7:0, mad quality shots after shots, 7:1, 8:1, 9:2, 10:2, 11:2.

This is what I call stepping up.

I'll buy the BS National H3 tmw!!!
fWim41E.jpg

0:1, 1:1, 2:1, 2:2, 5:2, 5:3(Hirano hit too hard there), 6:3, 6:4, 9:4, 9:5, 10:5, 11:5.

A monster hidden behind a Loli face.

2:1, 2:2, 2:3, 3:3, 5:3, TO for JJH, 5:4, 6:4, 6:5, 7:5, 7:6, 8:6(back edge), 8:7, 9:7, 9:8, 10:8, JJH missed at least 2 crucial popups, 10:9, 11:9.
