She got a defender at least in the first round. She knows what to do with defenders.

HAMAMOTO is putting her right foot in front of her left foot in her waiting position when receiving.
Thats quite unusual, i can't think of another pro doing it.

BH oriented players do it. Check out darko jorgic

Who watched Ishikawa's match ? yet another huge disappointment... not surprising alas for all her followers on this forum
I watched she had some ups and downs. Liu fei did good job putting a lot of sidespin which make ishikawa uncomfortable. As I wrote before the match Liu Fei is very good player. I am not convinced if Hirano could beat her.
