First: I don't think anyone would like to play doubles that way? It's a bit pointless to play if you don't play?

And then to the rule:
You would have to leave half the table open, or lose the point when crossing the centre line with your foot.

2.10.1.15 if, where an opposing doubles pair includes at least one player in a
wheelchair, any part of the wheelchair or a foot of a standing player crosses
an imaginary extension of the centre line of the table
