I am going on a trip soon and want to find a good audiobook I can listen to. I'd like a book that will help with mental preparation for table tennis. Looking at old posts, I have seen quite a few recommendations for "The Inner Game of Tennis" by W. Timothy Gallwey and "Winning Ugly" by Brad Gilbert. Both of these are available in audio book format. If you could only read one, which would it be?

There is also "Expert in a Year: The Ultimate Table Tennis Challenge" by Sam Priestley. Not sure if that is worth reading. I do want to improve significantly for my next big tournament, which will be one year from now. I'm open to other suggestions as well.

I think as long as it is mental practice for sports then you are good to go. Try Google it.

Do not know how the expert book would help you, Maybe good for motivation.

Mental practice need to be Done on top of physical practice. Remember that.
