Hello, some time ago I wrote a topic about table tennis and stress that occurs in the game and how to deal with it. The topic is in Polish https://infomiasto.eu/stres-w-tenisie-s ... o-pokonac/

In short, very similar methods as in fencing, for example, humming melody during a fight or even playing music. Breaks or breaths and attempts to calm down roganism.

What solutions do you have when you get stressed during the game? Let me create even better content.

Is not stress for you as the point is the last and you constantly lose points or you lose already and it is hard?

Play more events and learn that you are the only one who cares if you win or lose. Unless you are a professional, at least.

Breathe deep.

I was going to reply about growing up on the South side of Chicago builds character. Let's change it and discuss your environment:
1) How do you prepare for a stressful test (say LSAT, or GRE)?
2) Speaking to a large audience?

Preparation is similar and your mind must become one with the racquet.

There is not much resource about sport psychology in table tennis branch. Therefore, I found very beneficial podcast close to table tennis which the use cases are similar;
Tennis Psychology - Dr. Patrick Cohn

In addition to the podcast, here is a playlist about confidence;

Rule 88 deals with imponderable mysteries. It is the essence of Zen.

But if you prefer tgere is also Rule 6.
