How does the large handle compare to other "regular" sized handles, say like a Viscaria. Handle size and preference makes a huge difference in the way a blade plays, at least for me.

Is the handle like the Donic Epox or Crest series? Those are great handles.

Hello I didn't try the donic epox or crest blades.
FL:100×25×34mm these are the dimension of viscaria
LGFL 101×26x35mm these are the dimension of ma long carbon lg
I used both, Personally i prefer the handle of nittaku ma long carbon lg

Thanks. Have you tested the frequency on the blade? I know it's similar or the same to Hurricane Long 3 (what is the frequency of the HL3?)

Sorry for the questions, there's just hardly any reviews or info on this blade except on this forum.

The average frequency of hl3 is 1320. moreover the average frequency of hl5 is 1400.
This one has a frequency of 1360 so stays in the middle between the 2 blades above.
