Hi, I'm standing on the choice of blades from the alc series but I don't know which one to choose, I'm pawing over 4 blades (harimoto alc, zhang jike alc, viscaria and inerforce alc) I'm changing with Petr Korbel JP.
I'm playing fast, aggresive ball close-midle to table

There's a lot I like about the Harimoto ALC — except for its handle, which is very thin. The Timo Boll ALC has that too; fine blade, anemic handle. The Viscaria's handle is okayish, but still thin. YMMV, of course.

As for a step-up from the Korbel, I'd say the inner-layer blades seem like the more plausible candidates. The outer layer ALCs are quite a bit more zesty. Very nice if you can handle that, but really, not many can.

What's wrong with Korbel? What do you want from the next blade?

If you don't know. Best choice is to keep playing until you do know. Otherwise, buy them all.
