When Qian Qianli played Samsonov in ECL in 1999 or 2000, not sure, he hit the ball so hard it split in 2 ;-)
Samsonov didnt recover that smash, hehe..

Long video, how did they establish which ones were 1 stars and which were 3 stars? I think was it the 3 stars that rolled to the end and 1 stars were the ones that curved off.
      Just enjoy it!

1 and 2 star balls are those that are less round thus curving while the closer to perfect round balls make the 3 star ball cut.

That was really cool. I've always wondered how they made balls and why they weren't all the same. Nice vid, thanks fo sharing.

I just learned this like 2 weeks ago it's pretty eye opening because most balls are made by the same manufacturers, but with different dyes and brands. Now with the new Poly Ball it'll be even more odd because they'll primarily be made by the same manufacturer as well, but less manufacturers total.

      Fun to see.

I have seen a ball split in half from getting smacked. It was very funny.
