JTTAA vs. N-JTTAA Blades

This user has no status.
I have a Nittaku Septear blade with the stamp N-J.T.T.A.A. on the end of the handle. This is from Paddle Palace, so I am sure of authenticity.

Does this indicate a non-JTTAA blade? Or perhaps a JTTAA blade with a North American warranty, as the box seems to indicate? I have see no reference to this particular nomenclature online.

Any ideas?
Thanks,
Tim

JTTAA is the standard stamp. N-JTTAA is reserved for Nittaku and the DHS products under Nittaku in Japan.
