Why does ITTF allow so many rubber products on the LARC list? Presently, over 1600 items of 118 Trade-Brands included. Retaining so many products on the LARC is an utter absurdism, considering that a great majority of the products never was and will never be seen on any of competitions. Again, ITTF can't now employ of sufficient personnel to control so many products on market. The direct result is a quality loss with some rubber brands after a while.

Why does ITTF admit so many rubber products to be present on the LARC list with no limitations at all?
For the best explicit answer sufficient it to look into the 'Income' column below:

The total of Equipment Approval Fees is now reaching to USD 1,30 millions, --the third biggest source of money income for ITTF. Seeking for more and more revenue is the very true reason for ITTF being so reluctant to set a quality control of those rubber products currentlly sold on retail market.

-- this is how Stive Dainton empowered manufacturers to piss the whole ITTF standards of T4. Looks impossible? Yet true.
