best classical defence blade

thinking of switching from modern to classic defence. going to buy a tsp triplespin chop and tsp curl p1r but im stuck on blade choice. i dont really mind if its that pricey as its a birthday present.

TSP Black Balsa 3.0 is extremely light weight and good to chop with if chopping is the only thing that you will do. I found it impossible to loop or smash with so I have up on it pretty soon. Pairs very well with P1R.

Nittaku Resist 2 is also a classic defence type blade. I've only played with it briefly but it felt good (and quite slow).

Most other blades from BTY, Victas etc are really more suitable for modern defenders.

I’ve had my eyes on the nittaku resist 2 for a while. I’m also thinking of going for a re impact hydra but I can’t really find anything on it.

I would think a heavier blade like the Joo see heuk since the weigth helps you with timing when chopping. But i think it is pretty fast Do Maybe a slower blade is better.
