Hello there! I've got a friend who is searching for a new blade. He's a defensive player with pimple out rubber on backhand, on the forehand side he is pretty offensive but lacks a bit of power. Right now he plays with donic waldner senso v2. He likes the feeling of that blade but he wants something a little bit slower. He tried the Tsp balsa 3.5 but that was way too slow. He also wants a blade with a bigger head size. Bigger than the Balsa 3.5.

If someone could recommend something that would be great.

Hi,

take a look at the Stiga Defensive Pro, good feel, still quick enough for attacking play, fairly stiff, 5 + 2 composition, large head size, [be careful to check rubber sheet size against size of blade, friendship rubber sheets may not big enough to cover the blade fully (handle to tip) width is fine.]
good defensive blade.
