Laws of Table Tennis in Chinese

Hi,

I'm a table tennis player learning Mandarin and wanted to learn some table tennis related vocabulary. Can anyone send a link to the official TT rules in Chinese language? Tried ITTF web site and Wikipedia, couldn't find anything.

I think when they scream "peaalia" or something all the time it means beautiful?

AFAIK, there is no official Chinese translation of the ITTF Handbook, but the HKTTA has translated Chapter 2 and 3. The "ITTF Handbook for Match Officials" has also been fully(?) translated.
