Best exercises to do on a returnboard?

Hello bros, today i have a question, where is the best exercises to do on a returnboard? I have at home a table and one returnboard, is a little big, i can use for 2 angles, for example, a Cross backhand can hit a returnboard on my forehand, but, i hit a parallel shot and return in my backhand. Where is the best exercises?

The first thing to do is to be able to position the return board so it is back from the table a bit to simulate the real timing between when you hit the ball and when the ball returns. After that just you can try just about anything. You may need to adjust the distance from the table and angle depending on what you want to practice.
