How do you remove the glue residue on the removed rubber? so it will be clean when you use them again
I have no idea about the brand since it was glued already, but I assume it is voc free, water based? the blade is clean though when I removed the rubberwhat kind of glue ?
I tried it with a ping pong ball, it won't come out, looks like I have to glue it oh boyOption A:
rub it with ping pong ball
Option B:
put more glue, it will tear less when taking it off.
Please be patient, you can damage the sponge.
it is a Xiom Vega Japan rubber, it seems to me the glue was absorbed by the sponge layer? the texture is rough, no glue residue was left on the blade thoughPic pls??
yeah the glue is very thin , it seems to have been absorbed by the sponge layer, tried to rub it with a pingpong ball but no goDoesn’t look too thick. I can kinda look through it there. I would just probably glue on top of it, saving lots of hassle.
Steps;
1) Put paper onto glue layer
2) Hold iron few seconds on paper
3) Remove paper
4) Rub heated glue layer with back of spoon
5) Repeat this until all glue is removed
This is the best solution that I used so far. Maybe few sponge particles come off. If you are careful and glue is heated enough, you can remove glue perfectly.
It takes 5 minutes per rubber.

is it ok to just put glue on the blade? the rubber is still a bit sticky like a preglued H3 Neo
ok I'll do thatYou need to glue the blade also at least 1 layer.
