Yes, Indeed, and according to the review on tabletennis11 , this is a very good rubber for power looping and maybe a notch better than the H3.

I found a boosting video of this rubber on Youtube and I think this is the same person who wrote that blog on Tabletennis11 and in the video, almost towards the end, you can see how sticky the top sheet is. If I wouldn't have recently ordered Friendship Battle 2, I would have probably ordered Skyline 3 for myself.
