What took him so long? More often than not, when he is in the coaching seat, his player wins.

Yoo Namkyu has caused so many controversies over the years.

I am not involved in the pro TT action at all, but knowing Koreans, I would think that they would be VERY reluctant totreat the FIRST OLYMPIC GOLD MEDALIST in TT in an Olympics held in their own country at a time during the reign of 4 star general terrorizing the nation with re-ed camps who helped that 2 star general take over korea... I doubt Koreans would be quick to throw YNK under the bus right away.

I get it that the guy is not so close to his playing days like many nations would like their coach, but I am also surprised Koreans kept YNK in charge all this time. Still, anyone saying YNK did not serve well are IMO off.
