I've played with Both - Reactor Corbor & H3 ...
The Corbor is a lot slower than H3.... I bought it, cause I'm a defensive player, and wanted to try my hand at chopping with an inverted rubber... It has pretty good control, but lacks the teeth on attacks .. It can generate a good deal of spin, on serves, as well as pushes..
The H3 too offers a good deal of control, but compared to Corbor, is way way better in the offense department.. I also found it to be pretty good in the blocking game... It seems to have a wide range of speed (I hope I'm making sense)... I found to be spinny'er than the Corbor..
In terms of tackiness, I found both to a around the same..
